Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
Yes, we prioritize the integrity of your wine. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your shipment until weather conditions are safe for transport to ensure the wine arrives in perfect condition.
Can I return a bottle if it is 'corked'?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe a bottle is flawed or corked, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with the original cork and at least three-quarters of the wine remaining in the bottle for a replacement or store credit.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
By law, all alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. Carriers will not leave packages at the door; we recommend shipping to a business address if no one is home during the day.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes, customers in the local area can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. We also offer local delivery services for a flat fee within a specific radius of our storefront.

How should I store my wine after it arrives?
For optimal aging, store your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 45-65°F. Bottles with natural corks should be stored on their sides to keep the cork moist.
