At Monarch Wine Merchants, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, if you receive a damaged or corked selection, we offer replacements or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please note that due to state regulations and the perishable nature of fine wine, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or improperly stored.

    Contact our team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to report an issue with your order, including your order number and photos of any damage.

    Verification and Approval

    Our experts will review your request to ensure it meets our quality guarantee standards, typically providing an authorization within two business days.

    Secure Repackaging

    Carefully place the wine back into its original specialized shipping container to ensure the glass remains protected during the return transit.

    Resolution

    Once we receive and inspect the returned items at our cellar, we will issue a replacement bottle of the same vintage or provide a full store credit.
